Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety conscious team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role runs from Salt Lake City to the San Jose area in Northern California, with drivers based in Utah or Nevada and about 1,400–1,500 miles per round trip. 2 weeks out and two round trips per week are expected.

Average annual earnings are $200,000–$250,000, with bi-weekly home time. Compensation includes on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates,

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety in all tasks and comply with policies.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and securing of loads.
• Accurately log daily activity, invoicing, time sheets, and trip reports.
