Job summary

Optimum Staffing , Inc. is seeking an experienced driver for a full-time OTR team position based in Waco, TX. You will operate an automatic sleeper tractor with a 53′ dry van on routes that may include Wichita Falls and Dover, with ~2 runs per week.

Flexibility is required for Sunday or Monday departures and varying AM dispatch times. You will unload via touch freight using an electric pallet jack and must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A with 24 months of verifiable driving experience.
• 23 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working in an OTR driving team.
• Flexible Sunday or Monday departures and AM dispatch times.
• Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van.
• Willing to perform Touch Freight with an electric pallet jack.
• Able to pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Run from Waco, TX to Wichita Falls, TX and Dover, with approximately 2 runs per week.
• Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van.
• Touch Freight using an electric pallet jack and unload deliveries.
• Schedule runs Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday depending on route needs.
• Mileage, stops, and per diem compensation are included.

Responsibilities

• Compensation includes mileage, stops, drops, and per diem
• Full-time OTR Team Driving Position with an established driver who is experienced on this route
• Schedule runs Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, depending on route needs
• Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van
• Run from Waco, TX to Wichita Falls, TX and Dover, with approximately 2 runs per week
• Transport aerospace materials with approximately 10-hour driving shifts
• Touch Freight: Unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack

Requirements
