Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks experienced solo Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road routes based out of Southern California. You will primarily haul refrigerated freight with some dry van loads, using modern automatic Freightliner trucks and 53-foot trailers.

This role is typically on the road for 2–3 weeks with 2–3 days at home between trips. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least 9 months of verifiable CDL experience, a clean driving record, and a DOT medical card.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings: $1,202
• Top weekly earnings: $1,517
• Average annual earnings: $62,504
• Top annual earnings: $78,884
• Compensation includes mileage pay and a safe-driving/on-time bonus

Schedule

• Typically out on the road for 2-3 weeks
• Home for 2-3 days between trips
• Home time and route lengths vary based on your location
