Job summary

EXP Group is seeking experienced Over-the-Road truck drivers to haul refrigerated produce on regional and long-haul routes. A valid CDL Class A with a clean MVR is required, along with 1–2 years of verifiable OTR experience and a current DOT medical card.

Familiarity with FMCSA hours-of-service regulations is essential for safe, compliant operation. Drivers will be responsible for maintaining temperature integrity, performing inspections, and accurate documentation such as BOLs and temperature

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with clean MVR.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable OTR experience; reefer experience strongly preferred.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA hours-of-service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (reefer) on regional and long-haul routes in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain temperature integrity of perishable loads; complete required temp checks and report reefer issues immediately.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep accurate ELD logs and DOT compliance at all times.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch on delivery windows, delays, and load status.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately — BOLs, lumper receipts, and temperature logs — before departing the receiver.

About the Role
We're hiring experienced OTR drivers to haul fresh produce in refrigerated trailers. Our freight is time-sensitive and our customers count on us — we're looking for professional drivers who run safe, clean, and on schedule.
