Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers to haul refrigerated freight across the Lower 48 with 99% no-touch freight. Solo drivers and independent contractors are welcome. Expect 24-hour dispatch, reliable equipment (Kenworth T680, auto transmissions), and weekly pay after orientation.

Orientation includes 3-day and extended programs with hotel lodging and per-day pay. Run regionally and nationally with pay in cents per mile based on safe driving.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL for interstate driving.
• 3 months of OTR experience within the last 6 months, or 6 months in the last year, or 1 year of OTR/Regional in 18 months.
• Must meet driving-record, accident, background, and DOT physical requirements.
• No preventable accidents within 6 months and no reckless driving in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated freight as a CDL-A OTR driver.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Deliver freight with focus on efficiency and on-time performance.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routes and timelines.
• Earn weekly pay and benefits after orientation.

Ready to get on the road with reliable equipment, consistent freight, and weekly pay? We arehiring CDL-A OTR drivers to haul refrigerated freight.

What We Offer

• Kenworth T680 tractors, 4 years old or newer
• Automatic transmissions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
• Must meet at least one of the following experience requirements:
  • 3 months of OTR experience within the last 6 months, or
  • 6 months of OTR experience within the last year, or
  • 1 year of OTR/Regional experience within the last 18 months
• Training time does not count toward required driving experience
• Must meet driving-record, accident, background, DOT physical, and drug-screening requirements
• No preventable accidents within the last 6 months
• No reckless driving within the last 5 years
• No texting-while-driving violation while holding a CDL
• DUI must be outside the last 3 years; additional DUI/DWI restrictions apply
• No DUI in a commercial vehicle
• No DOT drug or alcohol violations
• Must pass required physical examination and pre-employment drug screening

Company Drivers

• 3-day orientation
• $100 per day
• All Company Drivers complete a 3-week Extended Orientation with a Lead Orientation Driver
• Extended Orientation pays $150 per day
