Job summary

GAATCO is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a dedicated regional and OTR fleet. Earn weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,900 with mileage, stop pay and bonuses, and choose schedules that fit your lifestyle. Home-time options provide weekly regional runs or longer OTR trips.

You will operate late-model sleepers and must have reliable transportation to reach the terminal and meet schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of recent Class A driving experience (not open to students, trainees, or recent grads).
• Reefer experience is preferred for regional lanes but not required.
• Strong focus on on-time performance, safety and clear communication on the road.

The Paycheck (What You'll Earn)

• Weekly Income: From $1,400.00 to $1,900.00 each week (consistent, year-round volume with zero seasonal slumps).
• Multiple Ways to Earn: Competitive Mileage Pay + Stop Pay + Safety & On-Time Weekly Bonuses (Up to 3% additional pay to reward your professionalism!).

Choose Your Schedule & Lane

• Option 1 (Home Weekly - Regional Freight): Deliver temperature-sensitive retail products across the Northeast (PA, OH, KY, VA, NY, CT, MA, and ME). You will run 2-3 loads per week with 2-3 stops per load. Requires night driving and gets you home every single week for a full 34-hour reset. (Occasional unloading involved).
• Option 2 (Home Every 2 Weeks - OTR Dry Van): Haul high-volume consumer beverages across the lower 48 states. Stay out on the road for 2 weeks, followed by 2 full days back home to relax. Expect a steady, dependable average of 2,500 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight (mix of drop-and-hook and live warehouse stops).

Equipment & Logistics

• Top-of-the-Line Rigs: Drive in complete comfort with premium, late-model automatic transmission sleeper trucks (featuring spacious condo cabs for OTR lanes).
• Important Notes: Drivers will need reliable personal transportation to get to and from the terminal.

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
