J Rose Enterprises is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet. This full-time W2 role offers weekly earnings of $1,500–$1,650, a top rate of 0.65 CPM, and about 2,400–2,500 miles per week. Home time is weekly with a 34-hour reset, and routes cover East of I-35 across the South and Midwest.

Desired candidates have 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 24 months or 6 months in the last 12, with OTR/Regional exposure, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 1 year verifiable experience in last 24 months, or 6 months in last 12 months (OTR/Regional).
• OTR or Regional experience is required; local-only does not qualify.
• Clean driving record and solid work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL tractor-trailer on dedicated regional lanes East of I-35.
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries across the route network.
• Follow the company pay and mileage reporting guidelines.

Company Driver (W2)

• Top Mileage Rate: $0.65 CPM paid on all miles.
• Weekly Earnings: $1,500 – $1,650 gross per week.
• Consistent Volume: Average 2,400 – 2,500 miles per week. This is exceptional mileage for a fleet that gets you home every single week!
• Home Time: Run hard for 5.5 days, then head home for your 34-hour reset.

Running Area:

• Steady regional lanes spanning everywhere East of the I-35 corridor (includes the South and the Midwest—PA, OH, IN, etc.).

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience Options:
  • Must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 24 months, OR
  • At least 6 months of verifiable experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience Type: OTR or Regional experience is strictly required. Local-only driving experience does not qualify for this regional fleet.
• Safety: Clean driving record and solid professional work history.
