Job summary

JDM Expedite is seeking experienced Company Truck Drivers to operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks on dry van freight. Drivers are paid per mile (CPM) with opportunities for bonuses and referrals.

Compensation is 1099 contractor pay, with up to 0.80 USD per mile and paid for loaded and empty miles. Trucks are maintained and DOT-compliant, with first-come, first-served assignments depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Reliable communication and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle.
• Complete assigned loads and deliveries on schedule.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.

Company Truck Driver – Dry Van

We are currently hiring experienced Company Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We provide the truck and equipment, and drivers operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks.

Compensation

• Up to $0.80 per mile (CPM)
• Paid on both loaded and empty miles
• 1099 contractor compensation
• Referral and safety bonus opportunities

Equipment

Drivers may be assigned one of the following:

• Freightliner Cascadia Evolution 126
• Model years 2023–2027, subject to availability
• Trucks are maintained and operated in compliance with applicable DOT requirements

Truck assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Freight and Operation

• Dry van freight
• Power-only operation
• No-touch freight
• Light and clean commodities
• Over-the-road driving

Driver Responsibilities
