GardaWorld is seeking a National OTR - Tractor Trailer Driver to safely transport valuable goods across diverse locations. The role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, security protocols, and reliable operation of assigned tractor-trailer equipment.

You’ll spend multiple nights on the road, with overtime structures described in the compensation section. A CDL-A with Hazmat is required or willingness to obtain within 120 days, plus a clean driving record and strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of Tractor Trailer / OTR driving experience.
• Interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Meet all DOT, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain as required.
• No moving violations in last three years; no major violations in last three years.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety, security, and control of the tractor trailer at all times.
• Ensure safe loading and offloading of the tractor trailer.
• Report vehicle issues and daily activities to leadership; complete driving documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle.
• Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety guidelines.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as needed to support team efficiency.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections per company and DOT standards.
