Job summary

CDL A Sense is seeking OTR CDL-A truck drivers with a valid license. Average weekly pay is $1,300–$1,800, with home weekends and 12‑day cycles. You will run mainly east of I-35, with potential to cover all 48 states and drive modern Cascadia/T680s.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 months verifiable experience, a clean record with limited violations, and the ability to pass urine and hair drug tests. Orientation Mon–Thu; full benefits and rider/pet program from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience within the last 36 months.
• No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years; DOT recordable in last year will be reviewed.
• Must pass urine and hair drug tests.
• Orientations run Monday to Thursday.
• All no-touch freight with 50%-60% drop and hook.

Looking for OTR drivers with a valid Class A License.

What Drivers Are Offered.

• Modern Equipment: Drive top-of-the-line Cascadias andT680s with automatic transmissions. Can take truck home but must includethe trailer. If you don't have a place to park, you can park at a truck stop as long as you have a Dash Valve Lock.
• Diverse Freight: All no-touch freight with 50%-60% being drop and hook.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months of experience must be with no more than two carriers, and the driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months.
• Clean Record: No more than one at-fault accident in thelast three years, DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; no more than three moving violations in the last three years, and only one can be a major moving violation.
• Drug testing: The driver must be able to pass urine and hair tests.
  
• Safety First: You cannot be terminated from your last job for any safety violation.
• Timing: Orientations run Monday to Thursday.
• Travel Covered: We'll cover your travel expenses and bus ticket to the closest terminal.
