Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Recent CDL school graduate (120+ hours) or under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive real OTR routes with a professional mentor.
• Transition to full solo pay structure upon program completion.
• Travel 2,200–2,800 miles per week on established lanes east of I-35.
