Job description

CDL-A Trainee Driver | Start Your Trucking Career

Our CDL-A Trainee Program is designed for recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with no tractor-trailer experience. During training, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to safely operate a commercial vehicle, manage long-haul routes, and build a strong foundation for a successful driving career.

Training Program

• Paid training: $850 per week
• Training duration: 4–6 weeks
• Over-the-road (OTR) training
• Learn from experienced trainers and professional support teams

After Training

• Earn $1,200–$1,400 per week
• 34‑hour home-time resets
• Day, night, rotating, and mixed‑shift schedules available
• Average 1,800 miles per week
• Additional $40 for loads under 100 miles
• Additional $15 for live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook events
• Consistent freight and opportunities to grow your earnings

Qualifications

• 0 months or more tractor‑trailer experience
• Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
• Hair drug test
• Clean records
• No sap drivers
