Job summary

Swift Transportation based out of Grapevine, TX, is hiring an OTR CDL-A team to cover lanes in TX, CA, AZ, TN, GA, and NV. The position offers home bi-weekly, with 5,000 average weekly miles and a $1,750 average weekly pay per driver, plus stop and bonus incentives.

Drivers earn per-mile CPM from $0.64 to $0.84, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with matching, stock purchase plan, and more. Must be 21+ with a valid Class A license.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; 3 months experience.
• Home bi-weekly.
• Lane runs in TX, CA, AZ, TN, GA, NV.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a dry OTR CDL-A team.
• Maintain consistent miles and meet time-sensitive freight deadlines.
• Support and communicate with dispatch for efficient routing.
