Swift Transportation is hiring a dry OTR CDL-A team driving job based out of Dallas, TX. This lane is home bi-weekly. The position is for a new OTR Team Fleet with consistent miles and time-sensitive freight.

Pay is competitive with average weekly miles around 5,000 and $1,750 per driver weekly, plus $0.64–$0.84 per mile with various benefits. CDL-A and at least 3 months of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with at least 3 months of experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally permitted to drive commercial vehicles.
• Keep safety and DOT compliance with no major violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate with team partner in OTR lanes.
• Maintain high weekly mileage with time‑sensitive freight.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
