Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A truck driver for a dedicated OTR team route. The position offers $2,500+ per week with weekly pay, and uses automatic sleeper tractors pulling 53′ dry van trailers for aerospace materials.

You will operate a dedicated Wichita, TX to Whitehall, MI route twice weekly, averaging about 4,400 miles per week, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule. You'll maintain logs and DOT compliance while delivering excellent customer service with a co-driver.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Previous team driving experience preferred, or willingness to run as a team.
• DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
• Experience with logs and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Earn $2,500+ weekly with weekly pay and team runs.
• Dedicated team route from Wichita, TX to Whitehall, MI twice per week; averaging ~4,400 miles weekly.
• Operate automatic sleeper tractors hauling 53′ dry van trailers for aerospace materials.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks to assist with unloading freight at customer locations.
• Follow a Wednesday–Sunday schedule.
• Maintain logs, paperwork and DOT compliance while ensuring safe on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service while working with a co-driver to complete dedicated runs.
