Job summary

BB8 Freight seeks a CDL-A flatbed driver to join our professional team on the road. You will safely operate a flatbed truck, complete daily inspections, and work with dispatch to move lumber, steel and similar loads.

We offer weekly pay from $2,500 to $3,500, 4 days at home after 3 weeks out, and bonuses. This role requires at least 2 years of CDL-A, verifiable flatbed experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CDL-A experience verified.
• Must have verifiable flatbed experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Experience with lumber, steel, coils, heavy machinery, etc.
• Experience with chains, binders, tarps, blankets, dunnage and edge protectors.
• No SAP violations and no California CDLs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A flatbed truck.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
