Job summary

BB8 Freight Company is seeking a CDL-A flatbed driver with a strong focus on safety and reliability. You will operate flatbed equipment, manage securement, and coordinate with dispatch while maintaining high earnings potential through a 28–30% load gross structure and weekly pay.

This role emphasizes live load/unload on 48ft and 53ft trailers, with a home-time pattern of three weeks out and four full days at home before resuming on the fifth day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (verifiable).
• Must have verifiable flatbed experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Experience with loads (lumber, steel, coils, heavy machinery).
• Experience with chains, binders, straps, tarps, blankets, dunnage and edge protectors.
• No SAP Violations.
• No California CDLs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A flatbed truck.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
