Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers from our Cleveland, OH terminal to haul dry van freight across the continental U.S. The role targets solo drivers seeking premium equipment, consistent miles, and guaranteed home time every weekend with a 34-hour reset.

The position offers a modern fleet (new Freightliner trucks with sleeper APUs) and a comprehensive W-2 benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• CDL-A required for operating the fleet.
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years.
• Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across the contiguous 48 states from the Cleveland terminal.
• Manage preloaded and drop-and-hook freight with no load touch.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and maintain ELD hours-of-service records.
