Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers in Cincinnati, Ohio, to haul dry van freight across our over-the-road network. Dispatching from our Cincinnati terminal hub, this position targets solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time.

We offer guaranteed home time every weekend for a 34-hour reset, brand-new Freightliner trucks, and a comprehensive W-2 benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.
• Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across national 48-state shipping lanes.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading and unloading.
• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip CV safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD hours-of-service records in compliance with safety regulations.
