10-4 Logistics USA, based out of the Lafayette, Indiana terminal, is seeking full-time W-2 company drivers to haul dry van freight across the U.S. This solo role offers premium equipment, dependable miles, and consistent weekend home time while prioritizing driver safety and financial growth.

The position targets drivers with a valid CDL-A and at least one year of OTR or regional experience, with a focus on safe highway operation and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) is required.
• At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience in the past two years.
• Strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across the 48 contiguous states.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook freight without handling the cargo.
• Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records.
