10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 company drivers from Terre Haute, IN, to transport dry van freight across the continental 48 states from the Terre Haute terminal hub. Solo drivers receive premium equipment, reliable miles, and guaranteed weekend home time with a 34-hour reset.

Compensation includes top-tier weekly earnings averaging $1,750–$2,000, a flat $1,200 weekly refresher pay for qualified returns, and a W-2 benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A.
• At least one year of verifiable OTR/regional tractor-trailer experience in the last two years.
• Professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across the contiguous 48 states.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook freight with no load touch.
• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD hours-of-service records per safety regulations.
