10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across its over-the-road network. Dispatching from the Scranton, Pennsylvania terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time.

Earn top-tier pay with weekly earnings around $1,750 to $2,000 at $0.71 per mile, plus a refresher rate of $1,200 weekly for transitions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across national shipping lanes in all 48 contiguous states.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading and unloading.
• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
