Job summary

Pam Transport is seeking a NC Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer with a GVW limit and handle loading, documenting logs, and reporting issues to dispatch. This full-time, day-shift role is on-site in Polkton, NC.

You will inspect the truck, perform post-trip checks, and carry out other duties as assigned. A CDL, prior driving experience, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic are required; benefits include 401(k), health and life insurance, paid time off, and vision coverage.

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo

• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck after and after trip
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds.
