Job summary

RGS Products Inc. is seeking a dedicated worker in Pennsylvania who can operate a 26’ box truck and assist with loading/unloading at shop and job sites. CDL Class A is preferred but not required, and the candidate must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Ideal applicants have 1–2 years of box truck driving experience and at least 1 year of direct laborer work. The role includes following safety laws and maintaining accurate shipment paperwork and material tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years driving a 26’ box truck (26,000 lb).
• 1 year of direct laborer experience (loading/unloading).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Uses company-provided technology/software to track/scan material and finished products.
• Document paperwork for shipping/receiving and verify components before deliveries or to the finisher.
• Interacts with Project Managers and Plant Manager at shop and job sites.
• Work with employees to ensure proper loading/unloading of material per job.
• Adhere to all motor vehicle laws while operating RGS-owned vehicles.
• Report truck problems or maintenance needs to the Manager.
• Work in the shop when not driving.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Uses company-provided technology/software to properly track/scan material and finished products.
• Document required paperwork for shipping and receiving, and confirm all components (rail sections, hardware, etc.) are accounted for before leaving for deliveries or going to the finisher.
• Interacts with Project Managers and Plant Manager when at the shop and job sites.
• Work with employees while at the shop/job site to ensure the truck is loaded/unloaded with the right material and hardware per job.
• It is required to adhere to all motor vehicle laws while operating RGS-owned vehicles.
• Report any problems/issues or maintenance needed on trucks to the Manager.
• Required to work in the shop when not driving.
