Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center is seeking a dynamic Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program. The role requires directing a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff, while managing daily operations and performance of the clinic.

You will oversee regulatory compliance with SAMHSA/DEA/CARF/JCAHO/HIPAA, drive census growth, and collaborate with the Medical Director and QA/QI activities to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university.
• Understanding of clinic operations, with significant amount of time working in the field of substance abuse.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Strategic thinker to be able to recommend alternative solutions, execute and monitor.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.
• Customer service focused, eager and energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff.
• Evaluate, counsel and terminate subordinate personnel when needed.
• Provide direction to clinic personnel and relay corporate goals to field staff.
• Work with staff to ensure completion of performance goals and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and other regs; manage filings and licensure.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational improvements.
• Support census growth through partnerships and community relations.
• Develop and monitor KPI reports and respond to results.
