Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Additional focused training and/or demonstrated experience in otology preferred.
• Successful completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, manage, and treat ear-related conditions in pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform medical and surgical procedures related to ear diseases.
• Evaluate patients for hearing rehabilitation and implantable hearing technologies.
• Interpret diagnostic findings and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care for otologic surgical patients.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education.
• Collaborate with SOENTS physicians and specialists for coordinated care.
