Job description

This regional Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Otolaryngologist to join their staff.

About the Position:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with ENT conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiometric tests, and allergy testing.
  • Provide surgical interventions as needed.
  • Manage chronic ENT conditions, including hearing loss, nasal congestion, and throat disorders.
  • Offer pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on procedures and recovery.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, allergists, and audiologists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care.

Clinical Research and Education:

  • Engage in clinical research to advance the field of otolaryngology.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in ENT medicine.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
