DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to patients in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and head and neck cancer surgeries.
  • Manage conditions such as hearing loss, balance disorders, allergies, sinus infections, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, such as audiograms, endoscopies, and imaging studies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in otolaryngology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Valid medical license in Indiana State
  • Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions
  • Proficiency in performing ENT surgical procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
