Job description

ENT Opening - Moline, IL

Position Details:

1. Full-time, permanent
2. Established ENT team with 2 Physicians, 2 APPs, 6 Clinical RNs, and 3 CMAs
3. Adding satellite clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Geneseo, IL, with 1 RN and 1 MA each
4. Cohesive team environment with supportive staff, allowing autonomy and practice development
5. Experienced clinical and non-clinical staff familiar with patients and community
6. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals using EPIC EMR for care coordination

Responsibilities:

1. Average of 30 patients per day
2. Shared 1:5 after-hours call, every other weekend, light triaged through nurse line
3. Collaborate as part of a team to improve community health
4. Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate patient information to inform care decisions
5. Maintain patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative approach
6. Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

1. MD or DO
2. Board Eligible or Certified in ENT
3. Unrestricted license to practice in Iowa and Illinois
4. Current authority to prescribe and administer medications as per practice scope
5. Eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt)
