Shift: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

Description:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (Open Dates: May 9 16, May 27 June 30)
• Coverage Type: Clinic + OR + Call
• Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
• Trauma Level: 1 Stroke Certified Facility
• Call: Weeknights & Weekends
• Patients per Shift:
• Privileges Required: Yes
• Comprehensive ENT practice with facial trauma focus
• Rounding on both assigned and unassigned patients
• APP support in clinic & OR (2 PA/NPs)
• Support staff: 1 RN, 5 MAs, 1 Office Staff
• ENT with facial trauma experience
• Must be comfortable with both clinic and surgical settings
• Ongoing availability preferred into 2025

• License Required: None
• Certification: ACLS, BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
