ENT Opportunity: Findlay, OH Located 45 minutes to Toledo

Position Details

• Full-time
• Permanent
• Welcomes residents, new graduates, and experienced physicians
• Loan support during or after training (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)
• Input into your schedule and patient volumes
• Care team model supporting your practice
• Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.)
• Onsite comprehensive audiology team with 3 audiologists and 2 technicians
• Advanced practice providers handle practice and hospital primary call; physicians take backup call
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service for ER admissions and ENT conditions management
• Surgery block time available in three ORs
• Wide referral base with minimal surrounding competition—perform as many cases as you want!
• Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic, emphasizing full-service ENT care
• Schedule typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, with significant input from physicians on practice patterns and patient volumes
• Integrated EMR with Cerner system-wide
• Four da Vinci robots supporting a well-established robotic surgery program

Compensation

MGMA 75th percentile plus wRVU production bonus. Negotiable signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement. Full benefits include 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with holiday pay, sick leave up to 600 hours, insurance (medical, life, disability, malpractice, vision, dental), and retirement plans (403b, 457b).
