Otolaryngologist - Eastern Alabama

My client is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Otolaryngologist for both cosmetic and general procedures.

Compensation and Employment Details:

1. Year 1: Guaranteed salary
2. Year 2: Salary plus productivity bonuses
3. Year 3: Partnership consideration, if desired

Call Schedule: 1:6

There is very little competition in the area, providing a great opportunity.

Procedures: QuadA Operating Room for cosmetic cases, including Rhinoplasty. Both experienced and new candidates, including 2025 graduates, are encouraged to apply. 2025 candidates must be able to perform Rhinoplasty independently.

Practice Environment: Currently, there are 6 surgeons in the group, including 2 plastic surgeons. The group is well-organized, tight-knit, and supported by a comprehensive staff including NPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, ultrasound tech, IT manager, HR, billing/coding department, patient coordinators, surgical scheduler, RT, and scrub techs.
