Optigy is representing a thriving health system in Northwest & Central Ohio seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-established and growing practice. Enjoy autonomy, a high-quality patient population, and strong organizational support in a community with four-season outdoor living.

Practice Highlights

Comprehensive subspecialty support including Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and more

Onsite audiology team: 3 Audiologists, 2 Audiology Techs

APPs take primary call; physicians provide backup only

24-hour in-house Hospitalist service for ER admissions and medical management

Dedicated OR block time at three surgical locations

Average clinic volume: 25-30 patients/day

Typical schedule: 3 clinic days / 2 OR days weekly (customizable by provider)

Full range of ENT procedures - perform the cases you love

Access to four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with table motion integration

Strong administrative support with local decision-making authority

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $515,000 - $650,000 (based on experience and training)

Bonuses: wRVU bonus, Sign-on bonus
