• Clinical Role:
  • Candidates need to be high energy, have strong clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position includes inpatient responsibilities.
  • All ENT physicians do surgery, so the ENT candidate must be willing and able to perform surgeries.
  • Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
  • Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
  • No. of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
  • Lab: Yes
  • Pharmacy: Yes
  • Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more Patients
  • Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner
  • Practice Size: 5 Physicians
  • Community-wide call schedule for weekend coverage and one night per week.
  • Built-in referral network.
