Exciting Opportunity for a Physician in Otolaryngology

Join our dynamic healthcare team in Billings, MT, at a facility renowned for its comprehensive ENT practice. The setting includes both outpatient and inpatient care, providing you with a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with APP support in the clinic and OR. Our practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, supported by a robust scheduling framework. The role requires coverage for at least one week per month, making it ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule in a thriving community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinic and OR sessions from Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch).
• Schedule OR time one day per week.
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call.
• Provide facial trauma treatment, including mandible fracture repairs.
• Manage general head and neck cases, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient encounters of approximately 10-15 per shift.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Otolaryngology required (eligibility acceptable).
• Facial trauma experience is essential.
• General head and neck experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to both outpatient and inpatient care settings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Active physician license required for the state of Montana.
• Hospital privileges necessary; temporary privileges are not available.
