About the Group: Ear, Nose and Throat Practice

• Location is based in an excellent part of Atlanta, GA
• Private practice founded in 2002
• Provides conservative and surgical ENT care
• Currently has 1 ENT physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 7 employees

About this role: ENT Practice Ownership

• This is not an employed position. The current Owner/Founder is retiring and seeking to sell the practice.
• The new Physician would purchase the practice, patient base, and equipment.
• The current Physician is willing to assist with the transition on the purchaser's timeline.
• The group provides ENT care including evaluations, allergy injections, medication management, and surgical procedures.
• Candidate must be able and willing to perform nasal/sinus procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery.
• Clinic patient volume typically ranges from 18-25 patients per day, including evaluations, injections, and follow-ups.
• Set your own working hours and days off. Very minimal patient calls during weekends or off hours.
• Perform procedures at the local hospital system and ambulatory surgical centers.
