Solo Employed ENT Position in Alabama

Location

Andalusia, AL – approximately 90 minutes to Pensacola, FL and Fort Walton Beach; 2 hrs 40 min to Birmingham, AL

Position Overview

Seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a solo employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base. The facility is a 113-bed hospital serving South Alabama, offering a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, and surgical services to a thriving service area of over 70,000 residents.

Recruitment Package

1. Employed position within our multi-specialty clinic
2. Opportunity to work alongside two independent ENTs nearing retirement
3. Compensation in MGMA median range or above for experienced candidates
4. Quarterly productivity bonus based on wRVUs
