Job Opportunity: Otolaryngologist

Seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a solo hospital-employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base.

Position Details

• Employed position within our multi-specialty clinic
• Compensation in MGMA-median range and above (for experienced candidates)
• Mentorship available from two retiring providers
• Quarterly productivity bonus based on wRVUs
• $40K+ bonus (negotiable)
• Student loan assistance, if needed
• $5K CME allowance with 5 days off annually
• Robust benefits package
• 25 days holiday/vacation annually (excluding weekends)
• 10 days of call per month; additional days paid if desired
• Very strong referral base
