Provide a full range of head and neck surgery services within a tertiary health system serving nearly 1 million people across a 6-county region.
Our current team includes 2 experienced physicians and 2 physician assistants.
Referrals originate from UPMC-employed primary care physicians, neighboring community physicians, ER, and Trauma teams.
Practice is based in a newly constructed 90,000-square-foot medical office complex that also houses audiology, allergy and immunology services, imaging, and lab facilities.
The nearby hospital features 12 ORs; an ambulatory surgery center has 6 ORs.
Opportunity exists to practice in a neighboring rural hospital.

About Our Health System
UPMC Altoona, part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center network, is a 400-bed regional health system with over a dozen outpatient clinics and ancillary facilities, more than 400 physicians and advanced practice providers, and nearly 3,000 employees.
Signature services include a Joint Commission-Accredited Stroke Center, Heart and Vascular Institute, Hillman Cancer Center, and Level III Trauma Center.
Our Medical Staff comprises over 70 primary care physicians and specialists in various fields including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, heart failure, dermatology, endocrinology, ENT, general and robotic surgery, bariatric and breast surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, nephrology, orthopedics, podiatry, psychiatry, urology, and vascular surgery.
The hospital is fully staffed with over 20 physician hospitalists, a full-service intensivist team, and interventional radiologists.
