Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years of related experience, including at least one year in supervision/management.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Department of Otolaryngology, focusing on major and principal gifts and donor partnerships.
• Partner with department leadership, alumni, grateful patients, and institutional partners to develop funding priorities that advance research, education, and patient care.
• Develop and manage an active portfolio of major gift prospects with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship aims above $1M.
• Create engagement strategies to inspire donor investment in the department's mission and growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of fundraisers and related staff across Johns Hopkins Medicine.
