Job summary

Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist at our flagship Marshfield, Wisconsin location. The role supports a busy ENT department with fellowship-trained surgeons, including head and neck oncology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery within a collaborative, well-staffed setting.

The compensation floor is $750,000 for the first two years, with a robust benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, disability and CME allowances.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board certification in otolaryngology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable), evaluate, diagnose and provide consultation on head and neck diseases.
• Collaborate with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology and other specialties to support patient care.
• Engage in medical education and research to advance patient care and the specialty.
