Job summary

iRecruitmd in Wisconsin seeks an Otolaryngologist to provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient and inpatient settings. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, and perform office-based procedures with a collaborative approach to patient care.

The role requires an MD/DO, completion of an Otolaryngology residency, and board eligibility or certification. You will work with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and other providers to

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and licensed to practice
• Completion of accredited Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for unrestricted state medical license
• DEA certification if prescribing controlled medications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with ENT disorders (ear, nose, throat, voice, swallowing)
• Perform head and neck examinations and develop differential diagnoses
• Order/interpret audiology studies, imaging, endoscopy, pathology
• Provide medical management of ENT conditions (infections, allergies)
• Perform office-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Perform surgical interventions within scope of privileges
• Coordinate care with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and PCPs
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care
• Document encounters and participate in quality improvement and peer review
