Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and otolaryngology residency completed.
• Board certification in otolaryngology or completion within five years.
• Documentation of clinical activity and procedures in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform history, examination, diagnosis and consultations; manage complex ENT cases.
• Engage in medical education and research to advance patient care.
