Job summary

Midwest ENT Centre in St. Louis' suburban county seeks a BC/BE otolaryngologist to join our growing private practice. This partnership-track role offers an uncapped monthly productivity bonus, excellent quality of life, and no restrictions on scope of practice.

Our team includes five partners, three APPs and four AuDs, with a freestanding 17,000 sq ft facility, on-site CT imaging, and a robust audiology/hearing aid program. A strong work-life balance and competitive benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree; BC/BE through ABOto.
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Immediate comprehensive otolaryngology patient volume available.
• Updated, clean and well-maintained office space with experienced staff.
• Efficient clinic and procedure workflows with optimized RCM/collections.
• 4-day workweek with one admin/off day; limited call coverage.
• Part-time ER coverage with no trauma exposure.
