Job summary

ENT Surgical Consultants, a physician-owned practice in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, is seeking a full-time otolaryngologist to join our independent team. The incoming physician will work alongside eight fellowship-trained ENT physicians and begin on a salaried associate path with a defined two-year track to partnership.

The practice offers autonomy, mentorship, robust referral networks, and access to hospital and ambulatory surgery centers, with opportunities to develop subspecialty

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in a long-term private practice opportunity and partnership.

Responsibilities
