SteveRecruiter, LLC in Rutland, VT is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment, with an 8am-5pm schedule and outpatient/inpatient care at two locations.

The ideal candidate will have board certification, completed Otolaryngology residency, Vermont license eligibility, strong surgical skills, and a commitment to high-quality

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.Split between 2 locations.

Location: Rutland, Vermont
