Zaddy Solutions seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. Work 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, split between two locations, with a strong focus on comprehensive ENT care and collaboration with audiology and APPs.

The role emphasizes surgical excellence, patient-centered care, and participation in quality initiatives, with competitive compensation, signing bonus, relocation, and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
