Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital‑employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont.

This full‑time role offers 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, split between two locations. You will provide comprehensive ENT care, diagnose and treat conditions, perform surgeries, collaborate with audiologists and APPs, participate in shared call, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
