Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join our team. Specialty training in Neurotology or Rhinology is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and eager to contribute to a growing practice with a reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of otolaryngology conditions.
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures in-office and hospital settings.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff.
  • Maintain strong patient relationships and provide personalized treatment plans.
  • Participate in practice development, including community outreach and educational initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Otolaryngology.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Fellowship training in Neurotology or Rhinology is a plus but not required.
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in California.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
