Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join our team. Specialty training in Neurotology or Rhinology is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and eager to contribute to a growing practice with a reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of otolaryngology conditions.
2. Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures in-office and hospital settings.
3. Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff.
4. Maintain strong patient relationships and provide personalized treatment plans.
5. Participate in practice development, including community outreach and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Otolaryngology.
2. Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
3. Fellowship training in Neurotology or Rhinology is a plus but not required.
4. Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in California.
5. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
